How does Hotel Select work?
It couldn't be easier, simply select your Country, City, and type of hotel required, then simply pick the hotel names that appeal to you and then phone 0845 680 1104, with date, duration, number of rooms and well do the rest. Our worldwide network of more than 20,000 hotels can usually be booked while you wait with immediate confirmation. You'll then receive a voucher which covers your payment and details of your hotel.
How can we do this?
We purchase our hotels through one of the largest wholesalers in the world, who offer up-to-the-minute availability and pricing. Discounts are especially attractive during off-peak periods and in the larger European Cities.

If I cancel 24 hours in advance will I get a full refund?
To get a full refund (minus a £10 admin fee, per hotel booked) you must cancel more than 10 days before departure.
How do I book?
You can book by phone, fax, email or from our website.
What happens once I've booked and my hotel has been confirmed?
Once we have confirmed a room for you full payment is due. On receiving full payment we will send you out a voucher (to present on arrival at the hotel), hotel information and a receipt to show that you have paid for the room/s.
How can I pay?
You can pay by Switch, Delta, Visa, Mastercard or Visa Electron. If paying with Visa or Mastercard there is a Credit Card fee of 1.5% added to the total of the booking.
Is my money secure?
Yes, Hotel Select is fully bonded by ABTA.
How long does it take to get confirmation?
We can normally tell you immediately over the phone if your room has been confirmed but if for some reason we can't definitely within 24 hours.
Where can you book hotels?
Hotels can be booked in the UK, most European cities and most major worldwide cities.
When are you open?
Our office hours are: Monday to Friday 9 till 5.
What do I do if the hotel is not to an acceptable standard?
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the standard of your accomodation please give us a call on the emergency number that came with your hotel voucher and we will endeavour to do our best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
